WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have an easy 30-day return policy for refunds and exchanges. Items that are not received by the buyer (IN TRANSIT) does not qualify. Items must be received by the buyer and returned to us within 30 days in order to process for a full refund or exchange. Please email us at email@example.com to get information about returns. We have a US address for returns. Please do not return items to sender. We do not provide paid postage. Returns without the ORDER RETURN FORM will not be processed. The item(s) must be received in new condition.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Some items should be received within 7-10 days after shipment, this may be a little longer for international delivery. Other specialty items and some clothing items can take up to 2 or 3 weeks to arrive as they may be shipped from another country and a tracking number will be available within 10 days of purchase and the location will update once USPS receives the package from the originating country.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our fulfillment house is located in America.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be
sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
Our order processing usually goes through within 48 hours, but it may take up to 7 days, so don't freak out! (note: we don't process on weekends)
Once your order is shipped, a tracking code will be generated and sent to you. This can take up to 24 hours. You can check the status of your order on our website under ORDER LOOKUP.
(USPS) informed us that delivery takes on average 10-15 business days, but due to high order volume it can take up to 24. Don't worry, your order will safely reach your doorstep, and if for any reason it does not, we will provide a full refund.
